GETSIXPACK vs Fitbod

Both will record the set. Only one of them will tell you what to put on the bar for the next one, and say why.

What Fitbod is good at

Fitbod is very good at the problem it chose. You walk into an unfamiliar gym with no plan, tell it what equipment is on the floor and what is still sore, and it hands you a session built around what has recovered. For someone without a programme, that is a genuinely better answer than another empty log.

Where this one differs

It is the opposite premise. If you already run a split you believe in, an app that chooses your movements is not coaching you, it is replacing the one part of training you have already decided. GETSIXPACK never picks the exercise. It picks the load, on the rotation you brought, and it tells you why.
