GETSIXPACK vs Strong

Both will record the set. Only one of them will tell you what to put on the bar for the next one, and say why.

What Strong is good at

Strong has been the default lifting log for the better part of a decade, and the reason is that it gets out of the way. Plate maths, warm-up sets, a watch app, and set entry nobody has ever needed a tutorial for. If all you want is a fast, quiet record of what you did, it is still the answer.

Where this one differs

It is a record by design, and nothing in it has an opinion about next Tuesday. That is the whole gap this app was built into: the same speed on the gym floor, plus double progression with a binding RIR gate deciding the load, weekly volume per muscle scored against landmarks, and a deload call that waits for two fatigue markers instead of a date.

GETSIXPACK compared with Strong, on 10 claims, checked August 2026.

Bring your rotation. It brings the numbers.

Your split, your exercises, your order. The app picks the load, scores your weekly volume per muscle, and shows the rule behind both.
